Weekend in MV

Sorry it's been so long....it's been a combination of internet issues and me being exhausted every evening! This weekend we were in MV visiting my family. We took Avery to the 4H/FFA livestock show to see the animals. What I didn't anticipate was the chilly weather in Mt. Vernon! I hadn't even packed a jacket. We improvised with Nonna's toboggan and a blanket and headed out. Avery loved the animals! She petted the cutest baby rabbits, a goat, and a pig (who gave her a kiss). We didn't stick around long because of the weather, but it was a lot of fun. We also went to visit my grandparents, and Avery entertained them with her animal sounds. We had a relaxing weekend, and ate some really good burgers that Shaun and my dad cooked on the grill. Here are a few pictures....hopefully I"ll get better at posting!
